Kids are important to us at OEC because they are important & precious to God… He loves them! The bible tells us so and Jesus shows us so! At OEC we want to see kids come to, or continue to trust in Jesus, love him more than anything else and live for him, for God’s glory. So, we have a number of different programs especially for kids and their families…
Kids Church runs during our Church@9.30, Church@10.30 and Church@4 meetings, with preschool (age 3-5), infants and primary age groups.
In Kids Church the kids sing songs, hear stories and read from the bible, learn memory verses, do drama, craft and play games as they are taught about God and everything that he has done for us in Jesus. Children stay in church with the adults for the first 20 minutes or so and then leave for Kids Church after the kids talk and kids song. (Creche for 1-3 year olds also runs during our Church@9.30, Church@10.30 and Church@4 meetings, at the same time as kids church)

Adrenalites is OEC’s kids club for kids in year 3 to year 5 at Primary school. It’s great fun and perfect for kids to invite their friends along to, to introduce them to Jesus. A typical night at Adrenalites includes: games, singing, a bible memory verse, bible teaching, an activity sheet, dinner and more games at the end.
Adrenalites is held from 5.30pm-7.30pm on Thursday nights during school terms (starts back the second week of each school term and usually finishes on the second last week of each school term) at Orange Public School. The cost is $3 per child per week (or maximum $5 per family per week), which covers dinner.

KidZone Holiday Club is OEC’s kids holiday club which runs for 3x mornings in the January school holidays. KidZone is great fun and the program includes games, singing, bible stories, bible memory verses, puppets, drama, craft and morning tea.
Like Adrenalites, KidZone is perfect for kids to invite their friends along to, to learn about God and how we can be his friends through trusting in Jesus.
