The OEC Ministry Centre is available for hire between 8am and 10pm, when not in use by OEC Ministries.

Please refer to the dropdown menu for an indication of the cost of hiring various spaces within the OEC Ministry Centre.

In reference to the price guide, the following definitions apply:

Full Day = 8 hours between 8am and 6pm

Half Day = 4 hours between 8am and 6pm

Evening = 4 hours 6pm-10pm

These prices are provided as a guide only and are subject to change.

After submitting a booking request, the OEC Office will provide you with a quote and a Hire Application to complete and return.

A Hire Agreement is only confirmed once a completed Hire Application has been returned to the OEC Office, a tax invoice is issued and the deposit has been paid.
